During each field mission we involve in our team a Mongolian student in biology and/or member of the Mongolian Ornithological Society, to permit to this student to participate to field research for Mongolian wild ass and biodiversity conservation, and train him/her in observations and various research methods. This student or biologist also assist the project manager in translation and communication with the local population. Our aim is to provide good training and skills to some Mongolian students and involve them in our project for that they  can work for the Mongolian wild ass conservation on a long term.
